Does The Price Include Set Up And Delivery?

When Do You Set Up?
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally, we arrive 1.5-2 hrs. before the rental time begins. We will call the day before rental and confirm setup times.TOP FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We've Rented Really Dirty Jumps From Other Companies In The Past. Are They Always That Dirty?

Do We Have To Keep It Plugged In The Entire Time?
YES. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That´s why we require an outlet within 50´ of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop/blow your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy-duty cords.TOP FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What About Parks? Do Parks Have Electricity?
We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. What Payments Do You Take?
Cash, Debit Card, or Credit Card... However, we only take checks from business, churches and schools. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.TOP FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What If We Need To Cancel?
We definitely understand that things come up and you may need to cancel your rental. We just ask that you cancel 72 hours prior to the event date. If you cancel after the 72 hours period you will not receive a refund on your deposit.TOP FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do You Require A Deposit?

What Surfaces Do You Set Up On?
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), flat dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can´t set up on hills or steep inclines, any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumpers and damage them. Units can’t be set up on your neighbor’s property or public property without express written consent and a signature from the responsible party for that property.TOP FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are We Responsible For The Unit If It Gets A Tear Or Damaged In Any Way?
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. However, if damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e., not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower (Inflatable) which can cost thousands of dollars. We don´t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.TOP FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
